Returned or Refused Packages
Shipping charges on returned or refused packages will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise Damaged In Transit
Due to different procedures by carriers, merchandise damaged in transit will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email or call us with a description of the damage. We will contact you for replacement or return of the merchandise. For faster response please use email whenever possible.
Warranty Policy
Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only! We can help you get a replacement for a defective product during the first 30 days after invoice date. After that, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for warranty action. Items that do not state a warranty on the packaging will not be warranted. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. will not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty MUST be returned with original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals/pamphlets, etc. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect and will be replaced accordingly at no expense to the customer. Warranty will be void if during the inspection wear and tear and/or customer misuse is found. If the item returned doesn’t qualify for warranty replacement, we will notify you and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given for warranty items. If you need to return an item under warranty please follow the instructions in the Return Policy.
