What can be returned?
The product(s) must be returned in resaleable condition! We will accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that includes all the original packaging. We will not accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete (original packaging and included documents.)
When do items need to be returned by?
All Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase, in new condition and in their original packaging or returns will not be accepted.

to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within the 30 day return period .Otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted. In your e-mail provide your name, order number, order date, what you are returning, daytime telephone number, and reason for return.
Simply package it in the same manner in which you received it, enclose a copy of the invoice with the RMA number written on it, and send it to:

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer returning merchandise. However if we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us via Ground or Standard only. No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge. Make sure to send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily trackable. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the return gets to RJ’S Self Defense Products.
How will I get Credit for Returns?
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns.
